Orders and Shipping

During UK office hours, eSIM fulfilment is normally within 15 minutes, however, there may be times where fulfilment may take up to 6 hours.

We do not sell physical SIM cards, so there is no shipping required.  All orders are fulfilled via email and can be ordered from any country.

If you need to swap an item

Returns and Exchanges

We only accept returns on eSIMs that have not been activated.  All returns must be within 30 days of purchase.

As long as the eSIM has not been installed and activated on your device, you can request to cancel your order within 14 days.
